1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location:

United States: 5 to 7 business days.
International (Rest of the World): 7 to 21 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Heritage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at jvxjdhdcbh@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your order number for faster assistance.
